Our AI Providers

Wise2Flow can integrate with the following AI providers. Your chosen provider depends on your workspace settings:

AI Processing

When AI features are enabled, selected customer content (e.g., lead information, conversation context) may be sent to your specified AI provider. This processing only occurs when you activate the AI feature you want. You can disable AI features at any time.

AI Training

Wise2Flow does not use customer data to train proprietary AI models. Our contracts with AI providers explicitly prohibit the use of your data for model training. Your data is processed only to deliver the AI feature you request in real-time.

Private AI (Self-Hosted)

For customers with high privacy requirements, Wise2Flow offers the option to run open-source AI models on your own infrastructure using Ollama. In this configuration, your data never leaves your system and is never sent to any third-party AI provider.

This feature uses Artificial Intelligence to assist you. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs.
